Leadership and Spiritual Gifts is a transformative course designed for adult learners pursuing deep biblical studies. It explores the practical and theological role of spiritual gifts within the church, moving from foundational doctrine to personal application and communal impact.
The curriculum is built upon five master themes, drawing primarily from key Pauline texts such as Romans 12, 1 Corinthians 12, Galatians 5:22–23, and Ephesians 4. Students will move beyond mere curiosity into a state of scripturally informed confidence, gaining the conceptual tools necessary for responsible practice and ethical stewardship of their divine endowments. A core focus of this course is the "Integrated Vision", the non-negotiable principle that spiritual power (the gifts) must be balanced with moral beauty (the fruit of the Spirit) to avoid spiritual pride and promote true edification.
